Software and Operating System contracts are sold in blocks of time as follows:

Onsite software support:

• 30 hours 
• 60 hours 
• 90 hours 
• 150 hours 

Telephone software support:

• 30 hours 
• 60 hours 
• 90 hours 
• 150 hours 

Hardware

Hardware contracts are based on a 12 month agreement. All equipment covered under a Hardware contract will be detailed explicitly on a 12 Month Maintenance Agreement signed by both the client and Compu Sys.
